1. 7-Day Easy Return & Replacement
- You can request a return or replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a request, please provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged or defective product.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging, including boxes, protective materials, and inserts.
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and tags must be included.
- A valid invoice or order confirmation is required.
3. Eligible Reasons for Return/Replacement
We offer free returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Product: The product is broken, dented, chipped, or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Item Delivered: You received the wrong product, size, model, or colour.
- Missing Parts or Accessories: Essential components are missing from the package.
Please Note:
Returns are not accepted for:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Overheating discolouration.
- Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or handling.
4. How to Initiate a Return
You can raise a return request by:
- Logging into your account and initiating the return from the My Orders section.

5. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Replacements
- Approved replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Locations: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, during festive periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on eligible orders.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders section.
5. Delivery & Failed Attempts
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.
- If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
